By accessing or using QRPro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QRPro provides:

  • Free QR code generation with basic tracking
  • Pro subscription ($9/month) with unlimited QR codes, scan analytics, batch generation, and custom branding
  • Link shortening with click analytics

3. Pro Subscription Terms

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($79/year) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Failed Payments

Accounts with failed payments may have Pro features suspended until payment is successful.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use QRPro to:

  • Generate QR codes for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Encode malicious URLs or malware
  • Spam or engage in deceptive marketing practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload our services
  • Reverse engineer or extract our proprietary technology

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you encode in QR codes. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

QRPro's branding, design, and technology are proprietary. You may not use our trademarks without permission. We claim no ownership of user-generated QR code content.

7. Limitation of Liability

QRPro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Terminated accounts will have data retained per our data retention policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through standard legal processes.
